Systems-minded, documentation-driven, practical.
Most business advice assumes you already have a team, a budget, and steady revenue. It skips the part most owners are actually stuck on: getting organized and prepared before the next step. That preparation is the work, and it is what I do.
My main focus right now is LaunchFlow Digital — done-for-you websites for small business owners. You answer questions and pick what you like; we do the rest, and you get a finished website in your voice, not a project to manage.
Underneath it all, the same habits: I think in systems, I document as I go, and I would rather ship something practical than talk about strategy in the abstract. I am also a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and an Intuit Trained Bookkeeper.
By day, I work in healthcare — 10 years across pharmacy and clinical medication operations. Detail-heavy, regulated, process-driven work.
It is part of why I build the way I do: carefully, with the records in order.
